Gokul Suresh Gopi, who made his acting debut with Mudhugauv, has been cast in a big-budget movie with Mammootty in the lead, reports the Deccan Chronicle. Udayakrishna, who had written the script for one of 2016’s biggest hits, Pulimurugan, has written this film’s script as well.

The project will also star Unni Mukundan, Mukesh, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Ganesh Kum,ar and Captain Raju in pivotal roles. The movie will be helmed by Ajay Vasudev and will revolve around a group of youngsters in a college and how their life changes with the entry of a troublesome professor, played by Mammootty.
The film will go on floors on April 17 at Fathima Matha College in Kollam, Kerala. Tamil actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who acted with Mammooty in Kasaba, will be paired opposite him once again. The movie will be bankrolled by CH Muhammad under the banner of Royal Cinemas and is expected to release on Onam day this year.
