Anu Emmanuel has been roped in for the Gautham Menon directed Dhruva Natchathiram with Vikram in the lead. It is yet to be known if she will play one of the female leads. As per a report in the Deccan Chronicle, her character is said to take the story forward. When contacted the actress on the news, all she said was, “I can’t comment about the film right now.”

The actress is currently shooting for the Vishal starer Thupparivalan. “We have completed the majority of the talkie portions and just two songs are pending now. I am looking forward to seeing how the film turns out,” she added.
Anu Emmanuel debuted opposite Malayalam star Nivin Pauly in Action Hero Biju. She started off as child actor in the Jayaram starer Swapna Sanchari in 2011. The US born actress completed her studies and is back to pursue her acting career. She currently has two Telugu movies in hand, Kittu Unnadu Jagratha with Raj Tharun, and an untitled project with Pawan Kalyan, directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
