Excitement is in the air since director Ranjith announced his next venture with Mammootty. Rumours have been doing the rounds that Ezra actor Prithiviraj will play a pivotal role in the movie.
As per a report in TOI, the Malayalam heartthrob might join hands with the seasoned actor in the same movie. The movie has been titled Puthupanam – The New Indian Rupee. It is said to be a sequel of Ranjith’s superhit Indian Rupee. The movie was Prithviraj’s big break in the Malayalam film industry. He is said to reprise the role of JP aka Jayaprakash.
The 34-year-old actor recently spoke on how being a star isn’t a cakewalk for him. “I do agree when a star asks for a cup of coffee or lunch of his choice, it will be brought to him. But, there’s constant pressure — not the kind to succeed — but when you’re a busy actor you don’t have a day off,” the actor said.
