Google Doodle paid tribute to Mary Ann Evans, who was better known as Fearless Nadia, on her 110th birth anniversary. One of the first leading female artistes of India, she was an actress and a stuntwoman known for her iconic role in Hunterwali (1935). Nadia, who was married to Homi Wadia – a filmmaker, passed away in 1996.

The trailer of Pawan Kalyan’s film Agnyaathavaasi is out. The film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas, apart from Pawan Kalyan, the film stars Keerthy Suresh, Anu Emmanuel, Aadhi Pinisetty, Boman Irani, Kushboo, Parag Tyagi, Rao Ramesh, Sampath Raj and Murali Sharma. Anirudh Ravichander will be making his debut as music composer in the Telugu film industry while V Manikandan is the cinematographer.

After the stupendous success of Sherlock, Benedict Cumberbatch will be seen in another mini-series –  Patrick Melrose. Based on Edward St Aubyn’s semi-autobiographical series The Patrick Melrose Novels, Cumberbatch plays the protagonist who deals with alcoholism, substance abuse and a dysfunctional family.
