‘Deadpool 2’: Ryan Reynolds Introduces The World To Domino

Months after Deadpool 2‘s trailer was out, Marvel Comics fans got a glimpse of Domino’s first look — a mercenary with the mutant ability to manipulate luck. Ryan Reynolds shared the look on Twitter where Zazie Beetz, who plays Domino, is seen lounging on the carpet.

Except, it isn’t carpet. It’s a flattened-out Deadpool as the ‘rug’.

Domino is seen mimicking the exact same pose of Deadpool, the one where he lies on a rug made of a bear’s fur, in front of a huge fireplace.

The actor has been on a roll sharing bits and pieces of the second installment of the superhero film. Right from sharing stills of him as Deadpool waiting outside the X mansion to confirmed Leslie Uggams’ return as Blind Al in another photo, Reynolds has been quite a tease. The film, however, will only release next year.

Domino, whose real name is Neena Thurman, is a member of the X-Force. In addition to her marksmanship and hand-to-hand skills, her most powerful skill includes probability-altering power. To the uninitiated, Deadpool won’t be romancing Domino, instead superhero Cable — played by actor Josh Brolin — will be seen wooing Domino.

Director David Leitch will be taking over the second installment of the 2016 film from Tim Miller. Morena Baccarin, TJ Miller, Leslie Uggams, Brianna Hildebrand, Stefan Kapičić, and Jack Kesy are part of the cast.

Deadpool 2 is scheduled to be released on June 1, 2018.
