Following a complaint from a victim, the Andheri police have now filed a case against The Viral Fever’s founder, Arunabh Kumar, for harassing women employees in his office. According to DCP Ashwini Sanap, a case under sections 354 A (causing sexual harassment) and 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman by indecent words, gesture or acts) of the Indian Penal Code, has been registered.
While the details of the complainant have not been disclosed, the DCP added that Arunabh Kumar is yet to be arrested.

A week ago, a post made by a woman who called herself ‘The Indian Fowler’ alleged that the 34-year-old CEO of TVF sexually harassed her while she worked there between 2014 and 2016. This was soon followed by similar allegations made by several women on other social media platforms.
While the company denied all allegations, it also said that it would “leave no stone unturned to find the author of the article and bring them to severe justice”.
The Viral Fever was founded by Arunabh Kumar, an IIT-Kharagpur graduate in 2011.
