Amitabh Bachchan: “If I can sell Maggi, Why can’t I do something for Mumbai Police”

Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan spoke on his willingness to offer his services to the Mumbai Police at a media-event in Mumbai. The 74-year-old actor was at the inauguration of the 28th edition of Road Safety Week in the city. He said, “I want to offer my services to the Mumbai Traffic Police and I have been saying this for many years to many officers.”

The Pink actor added, “If my face and my voice can sell Maggie noodles, it can sell cement. Then why can’t I do something which is good for the community and city?” He also wants to make movies to inspire people on road safety and be more cautious.  “At any given point of time, I’m ready to construct creatively and produce as many films as I can,” he said.

The actor is currently busy shooting for Sarkar 3, Thugs of Hindostan, and many more.
