Anil Kapoor is all set to produce the upcoming Abhinav Bindra biopic. According to a DNA report, a producer who had committed for the project backed out, following which Anil stepped in.
The source confirmed to the daily, “The producer of the Abhinav Bindra (Olympic-winning shooter) biopic, in which the father-son are playing baap-beta on screen has pulled out. Now, the film is going on floors in October, and there isn’t time to look for another producer, so Anil has stepped in as the co-producer.”
Harshvardhan will be seen essaying the role of the shooter. Anil will play Bindra’ father – a Chandigarh based multi-millionaire.

At present, Anil is busy promoting his upcoming movie, Mubarakaan where he stars along with nephew-actor Arjun Kapoor, Athiya Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz.
Meanwhile, Harshvardhan is busy with the shoot of Vikaramaditya Motwane’s Bhavesh Joshi where he will be seen alongside Priyanshu Painyuli and Radhika Apte.
The 26-year-old actor marked his acting debut with the 2016 movie, Mirziya opposite Saiyami Kher.
