The Twitter handle, through which the first post by the ex-employee went viral, has now received over 50 direct messages from women talking about their experiences with Arunabh. The person handling the account has said that the information will be shared publicly only after the accounts are verified.

The CEO of the digital entertainment start-up has been receiving flak ever since an anonymous blogpost on Medium.com went viral early this week. A woman, under the name ‘The Indian Fowler’, has accused Arunabh of molesting and sexually harassing her a number of times during her stint as an assistant producer with the start-up.

While several members of TVF have come out publicly saying that no such employee existed based on The Indian Fowler’s account, six other women came out with their stories on Arunabh harassing them a day after the post went viral.

TVF’s team had sent out a rather threatening press release in which they vowed to stop at nothing to find the identity of the woman who made these sensational accusations. “All the allegations made against TVF and its team in the article are categorically false, baseless and unverified. We take a lot of pride in our team and in making TVF a safe workplace that is equally comfortable for women and men. We will leave no stone unturned to find the author of the article and bring them to severe justice for making such false allegations,” reads the statement

Thus far, a spokesperson for TVF told Mid-Day that they are looking into the matter already and have begun an investigation of the same. “TVF complies with all applicable labour laws, takes sexual harassment complaints very seriously and processes the same in accordance with the law. We have an in-house HR department and legal depart-ment supported by a panel of top law firms,” the spokesperson said.
